He began his professional career in the construction sector, setting up his own architecture practice in 2001, in which he carried out several construction projects and structure calculations. During this period he also worked in parallel for BUREAU VERITAS, for whom he collaborated until 2004 in the verification of construction projects, control during the construction works of structures, technical assistances and investigation of building pathologies. In 2004 he was appointed Regional Technical Manager of the Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha branch of EUROCONTROL, a company where he developed technical control and productivity systems as well as working as a mediator with insurance companies in compliance with the Spanish Decennial housing insurance policy, a job which he carried out until 2008.
During the period in which he worked at his own architectural practice he wrote up real-estate valuations and appraisals for VALMESA, as well as designing many Building Projects, from an early design phase to the final production information stage and Site Management Plans.
He began his career as a chartered surveyor specializing in Structures and Construction in 2003, since when he has elaborated many expert’s reports for various law firms as a self-employed professional.
In November 2008 he joined the Madrid branch of Abaco International Loss Adjusters as a surveyor specializing in the Construction Department, since when he has attended several training courses in Civil Liability, Product Civil Liability and Loss of Profit analysis. In October 2015 he was appointed Head of the Civil Liability Department.
