Franco began his professional career in the insurance industry in 1995 with Estudio Carvallo Abogados, a firm of solicitors linked to Graham-Miller (Crawford & Co.).
In 1998 Franco joined the legal team of Faraggi & Sateler Loss Adjusters (currently FGR).
Between 2007 and 2013 he held the position of Deputy Manager of the Liability and Personal Injury Department with Maclarens Young Chile.
In May 2013 Franco has assumed the role of Technical Services Director with Machard Loss Adjusters (now Abaco Chile), which company began trading as Abaco in 2019.
Specialities/Responsibilities:
- Management, control and supervision of Liability claims.
- Specialising in the adjustment of Professional Liability Claims for the Health Sector.
