In November 2019, as part of our ongoing strategic expansion plan, ABACO International Loss Adjusters opened offices in Brasil and Portugal, adding to our growing global network of operations. The new Abaco Brazil office gives us a presence in the most important market in the Latin America region, whilst our new operation in Portugal will enable us to serve a market that is naturally attractive due to its proximity to Spain.
These two new locations will enable us to offer our national and international clients a highly technical claims service in the fields of construction & engineering, energy, industrial risks, liability, and marine.
ABACO International’s clients will benefit from standardised service levels from our Brazilian and Portuguese operations (based in Santos, Sao Paulo and Lisbon), whilst our local networks of partners specialising in a range of different fields of expertise will also enable us to provide our clients with a rapid response, avoiding inflated costs and travel expenses, but still maintaining our excellent quality and service standards.
