Luis Fernando Rangel Barón

Mechanical engineer, graduated from the Universidad Santo Tomás, in Colombia. Since 2008 he has worked carrying out engineering tasks in the municipal water supply system within the hydraulic works sector.

In 2014 he started working as a technical consultant in Abaco’s Property Line, in which he continues today.
