ABACO’s International Cargo Department attended this year’s FRUIT ATTRACTION trade fair, which was held at IFEMA in Madrid on 22-24 October 2019. This international trade show is aimed at companies involved in the fruit and vegetable sectors and related industries. Whilst there, we met with several of the most important producers in the country, in addition to renowned professionals from the field of international logistics and commerce who were participating in the event; principally shipping companies, multiproduct forwarding agents and representatives from the national port authorities. We successfully signed several new contracts and took the opportunity to hold meetings with our regular partners, during which we were able to discuss the most common causes of incidents affecting the transportation of fruits and vegetables.
